What is KindCon 2026?

When and where is KindCon 2026 being hosted?

KindCon is being hosted September 1-3 at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.

Is there a fee to attend KindCon?

Yes, there is a fee to attend KindCon. Pricing is available at this link. Early bird discount rates are on from now until July 20, 2026.

Will virtual passes be available?

No. This is an in-person only event. 

Is there a discount if I register as a group?

Yes! Pricing details are available at this link.

I don’t see the team discount option during registration. Where is it? 

Once you add 3 or more attendees, the discount is automatically added.

I have a coupon code. What do I do? 

Coupon codes can be added by filling out the “coupon code” box during the registration process.

Please note: When registering for KindCon using a discount or coupon code (other than the automatic team discount), each registration must be completed individually. Bulk/team registrations using a coupon code are not allowed. If a bulk registration is made using a coupon code, the registration will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

What does my registration include?

KindCon 2026 offers a true all-inclusive experience, with registration covering access to all mainstage and concurrent sessions, training and networking sessions, and access to the product lounge. It also includes all meals and drinks during KindCon programming, and two evening events, including coach transportation to the Wednesday night KindCon Party.

Who attends KindCon?

KindCon is specifically designed for larger nonprofits and advancement teams seeking new insights and strategies to scale. Our programming is geared toward philanthropy leaders, prospect researchers, fundraisers, and advancement leaders.

Can I attend KindCon for just one day?

Your ticket to KindCon gives you access to 3 days of programming. You are welcome to join for just one day, but we only have a single ticket price.

Will KindCon sessions be recorded?

Selected mainstage programming may be recorded. However, our workshops, breakouts, and networking sessions will not be recorded.

Do you have a hotel room block for this event?

Kindsight has negotiated reduced rates for KindCon 2026 attendees at the Renaissance Hotel Nashville. The KindCon discounted room rate is $290/night USD, plus taxes and fees. The deadline to lock in this rate is August 7, 2026—or until the block sells out. Book your stay here.

Does KindCon cater to dietary restrictions?

Recognizing a wide range of dietary restrictions, we provide a variety of meal options to match dietary needs. If you have specific restrictions or need special meal accommodations, please fill out the appropriate field during the registration process.

Does this event have a mobile app?

Yes, KindCon has a comprehensive mobile app to help you navigate the onsite experience. It will be available in August.
