KindCon 2026 | Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KindCon 2026! By registering for the event, you agree to the following terms, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant.

1. General Information

a) Agreement to Terms. By submitting your registration, you agree to these terms. If you’re registering someone else, you confirm that they’ve read and accepted them too.

b) Eligibility. You must be 21 years or older to attend KindCon. We reserve the right to deny or remove participants if needed for safety or suitability.

c) Accurate Information. You agree to provide correct information during registration and to update us if anything changes.

2. Registration & Payments

a) Confirmation. Your spot isn’t confirmed until we receive full payment and send you a confirmation email. If you don’t get one within 48 hours, contact us at kindcon@kindsight.io.

b) Fees.

• Prices are in U.S. Dollars.

• Taxes may apply.

• Payment is due at the time of registration.

• You’re responsible for any bank charges related to the payment.

• Promotional discounts may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

c) Cancellations & Refunds.

• Full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel by August 30, 2026. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.

• No refunds for cancellations after August 31, 2026 or for no-shows.

• To cancel, email kindcon@kindsight.io.

d) Transfers/Substitutions. You may transfer your registration to someone else at your organization until August 30, 2026, at no cost. Please email us to arrange it.

3. Event Changes & Liability

a) Program Changes & Force Majeure. We may change the schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Kindsight shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, labor disputes, power failures, venue closures, or travel restrictions. If cancelled:

• We’ll refund your registration fee.

• If postponed: Your registration will carry over to the new date (or you may request a refund).

b) Personal Risk. Participation in the Event is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindsight and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or relating to attendance at or participation in the Event.

c) Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindsight’s total liability arising out of or related to the Event or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for registration to the Event.

d) Venue Conduct. Participants must comply with all venue rules, applicable laws, health and safety requirements, and event policies. We may remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

e) Participant Responsibility. Participants are responsible for their own conduct during the Event and agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and event policies. Participants must not engage in behavior that is unlawful, disruptive, or that compromises the safety or experience of others.

Participants agree to be responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their conduct at or in connection with the Event and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kindsight, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from such claims, except to the extent caused by Kindsight’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

f) Personal Property. You’re responsible for your belongings. We don’t cover lost or stolen items.

4. Privacy & Media

Your Data. By registering, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal information.

Photography & Video. By attending the Event, participants grant Kindsight the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use their likeness, voice, or image in promotional, marketing, and educational materials in any media worldwide without compensation.

Content Ownership. All materials, presentations, and logos used at the event are owned by Kindsight or the speakers. Participants may not record, photograph, stream, or distribute event sessions without prior written permission from Kindsight.

5. Additional Information

a) Visas. If you’re traveling internationally, you’re responsible for arranging your own visa. We can provide an invitation letter after you register, but it doesn’t guarantee visa approval.

b) Entire Agreement. These terms are the complete agreement between you and Kindsight regarding your KindCon participation.

c) Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

d) Code of Conduct. We’re committed to making KindCon a welcoming, respectful, and safe experience for everyone. By attending, you agree to uphold a standard of professional and inclusive behavior toward all participants, speakers, and staff.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Kindsight reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event.

If you experience or witness any behavior that doesn’t align with this code, please notify a member of the event team.
