At KindCon 2026 in Nashville, we’ll celebrate the individuals and organizations whose work is transforming their teams, their institutions, and their communities. On September 2, our 2026 Kindness Award winners will be honored live on the mainstage.

Each Kindness Award celebrates the extraordinary achievements of our customers, showcasing both organizations and individuals. The following 5 categories honor those who lead with impact and innovation:

Recognizes organizations that embrace creativity, leverage new technologies, and reimagine fundraising strategies to inspire progress in the nonprofit sector.
Impact Award
Celebrates organizations whose projects, campaigns, or initiatives have profoundly supported their communities or advanced their mission, demonstrating what is possible when vision meets commitment.
Community Catalyst
Honors organizations or individuals who lead with dedication and generosity, uplifting the broader Kindsight Community and setting a standard for collective growth and inspiration.
Cheer Captain
Highlights individuals who energize and motivate their teams through challenging moments, providing support, enthusiasm, and encouragement that makes every challenge feel achievable.
Growth Leader
Recognizes organizations demonstrating exceptional growth, determination, and innovation—achieving remarkable results while inspiring and rallying others toward ambitious goals.
